The seven-fold silk tie is the pinnacle of luxury neckwear. Each masterpiece is handmade, taking over three hours. Using only one piece of silk, it is folded seven times into itself, creating structure. Our ties are made in Naples, Italy exclusively for Càrnaval making them unique and available in limited numbers.
